TeacherActive are proud to be working with a welcoming private day nursery based in Tunbridge Wells, who are looking to recruit dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioners and Bank Staff. This warm and nurturing nursery provides a stimulating environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, creativity and exploration, while building confidence and independence from an early age.

The nursery is looking to take on enthusiastic Level 2 Nursery Practitioners and Bank Staff to support the setting on a flexible basis from September. There are both part-time and full-time opportunities available, with full-day and half-day shifts to suit individual availability. The successful candidates will be supporting children across the early years setting, helping to deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS curriculum while ensuring children feel safe, supported and encouraged throughout the day. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners seeking flexibility, additional hours, or a pathway into a long-term or permanent role.

The successful Level 2 Nursery Practitioner / Bank Staff member will have:

andbull; A Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
andbull; Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
andbull; Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
andbull; Excellent communication and teamwork skills
andbull; A caring and nurturing approach to supporting young children
andbull; A positive andlsquo;can-doandrsquo; attitude and willingness to get stuck in
andbull; Flexibility and reliability to support the nursery as required
