Nursery Practitioner
Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Early Years Teacher-with a passion for childhood education-to join our exceptional, state-of-the-art-andamp;-purpose-built, flagship Montessori nursery-in the heart of Gerrards Cross.
Key Responsibilities of our nursery teacher:
- Plan and implement activities that foster development in line with the Montessori philosophy
- Observe and assess children's development
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 6 months - 5 years old-
- Communicate with parents and caregivers-and collaborate with team members
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent (preferable)
- Experience in a nursery setting; Montessori experience is a plus
- Strong observational, communication, and organizational skills
Experience: Childcare Practitioner, Preschool Teacher, Nursery Nurse, Daycare Assistant, EY worker etc.
