Recruit Assist are hiring for a local and experienced Office Administrator for our client in Stanmore, Honey Pot Lane.
SALARY: -(phone number removed) DOE Per year
JOB TITLE:-Office Administrator
SHIFT: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30pm
-JOB DETAILS andamp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To answer the telephones and transfer calls as required
- To deal with customers and visitors reporting to the reception area
- To process orders utilising the stock control system
- General office administration duties
- Other administrative and associated tasks-
- To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- To achieve the targets and job standards set out by the General Manager-
- To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
- To perform any reasonable request from the General Manager
- Assisting with BRC Auditing
- Maintaining supplier and client documentation-
- Good telephone manner
