Recruit Assist are hiring for a local and experienced Office Administrator for our client in Stanmore, Honey Pot Lane.

SALARY: -(phone number removed) DOE Per year

JOB TITLE:-Office Administrator

SHIFT: Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30pm

-JOB DETAILS andamp; KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To answer the telephones and transfer calls as required
  • To deal with customers and visitors reporting to the reception area
  • To process orders utilising the stock control system
  • General office administration duties
  • Other administrative and associated tasks-
  • To work efficiently and effectively as part of a team
  • To achieve the targets and job standards set out by the General Manager-
  • To be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
  • To perform any reasonable request from the General Manager
  • Assisting with BRC Auditing
  • Maintaining supplier and client documentation-
  • Good telephone manner
