Operations Manager

Location - Houston, Texas(up to 50% travel through US and UK)

Salary $115,000 - $120,000 per annum plus $2500 sign on bonus after 9 months probation

Based in Houston, Texas as the Operations Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex installation projects-similar in scale and coordination to modular builds-while overseeing teams who bring cutting-edge immersive environments to life for clients across enterprise, education, simulation, and live events.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of immersive environment installations across the United States-similar in complexity to modular construction or fit?out projects.
• Manage and mentor installation and technical crews, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to exacting quality standards.
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and contractor coordination for all installation activities, including structural components, mounting systems, and supporting infrastructure.
• Develop and implement operational processes, workflows, and site controls to support predictable delivery and strong project governance.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments, enforce health andamp; safety compliance, and ensure all works meet regulatory and client expectations.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and commercial teams to support business growth and enhance operational scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement in installation methodology, site efficiency, and material handling.

What You Will Bring

• Strong operations leadership experience in construction, modular build, offsite assembly, technical installation, or related sectors.
• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, management or related field is required.
• To be based within a 20k radius of Houston with good local knowledge.
• The ability to travel through the US and UK.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi?discipline installation projects involving structural, mechanical, electrical, or technology components whilst being client faced at times working with project managers
• Strong understanding of site coordination, installation sequencing, logistics planning, and contractor management.
• Experience leading diverse teams-whether construction crews, installers, or technical specialists-across multiple sites.
• A proactive, solutions?driven approach with excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical, commercial, and leadership teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, safety, and client satisfaction are paramount.
