Salary: -48,000 to -50,000

An opportunity has opened for an Operations Manager to join a suppliers company based in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will have experience working in operations for large warehouse / storage facility and will be comfortable managing a busy work environment and speaking with customers and suppliers.

Operations Manager Key Skills:

• Experienced in warehouse / facilities operations at a large scale
• Experienced in third-party logistics
• Any cold storage experience would be a bonus
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent management / leadership skills
• Customer and supplier communication skills

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing the operations within a large warehouse environment to meet financial targets and budgets
• Meeting SLAs to the highest standard and within agreed timeframes
• Drive continuous improvement within the warehouse
• Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships
• Ensuring that the warehouse remains compliant with local authorities
• Keeping Handamp;S standards high and reporting any problems
