Our client is looking for an experienced Painterandnbsp;for role in Manchester. Experience in social housing maintenanceandnbsp;is desired but not essential.andnbsp;

The Job and duties of Painter operativeandnbsp;

• renovating roomsandnbsp;
• bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
• Painting and decorating

Requirementsandnbsp;for a painterandnbsp;

• You will needandnbsp;a Full UK driving licenseandnbsp;
• Proven experience in theandnbsp;maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least twoandnbsp;working referencesandnbsp;
• hold a CSCS card and NVQandnbsp;
