Part II Architectural Assistant - Southampton
Salary - -27k - -35k per annum

We are currently working with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in the Southampton area, who are looking to appoint a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team.

The Role
You will be involved predominantly in RIBA Stages 1-3, supporting the development of concepts, planning submissions, and early-stage project delivery. The position offers a great platform to build both your technical and design experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of design concepts and presentations
- Support planning applications and early-stage project work
- Produce high-quality drawings and technical documentation
- Work closely with senior team members and external consultants
- RIBA Part II qualified
- Proficient in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Good understanding of the UK planning process and early RIBA stages
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
