THE ROLE
As a Parts Advisor, you'll be responsible for supporting both workshop and retail customers while ensuring the efficient ordering, sale and management of vehicle parts and accessories.
Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Working across the front and back counter
andmiddot;Supporting trade, retail and workshop customers
andmiddot;Ordering and supplying parts and accessories
andmiddot;Managing stock levels and stock control
andmiddot;Selling parts and accessories to customers
andmiddot;Handling a high volume of telephone and customer enquiries
andmiddot;Liaising closely with Technicians and Workshop staff
andmiddot;Ensuring parts are available when required to maintain workshop efficiency
andmiddot;Providing excellent customer service throughout every interaction

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
andmiddot;Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
andmiddot;Experience working across both front and back counter
andmiddot;Knowledge of trade, retail and workshop parts sales
andmiddot;Experience using Kerridge, 1Link, Pinnacle or a similar Dealer Management System
andmiddot;Strong customer service skills
andmiddot;Confident sales ability
andmiddot;Good organisational skills and attention to detail
andmiddot;Ability to work effectively in a busy Parts Department
andmiddot;Full UK Manual Driving Licence (subject to licence checks)
andmiddot;Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
