Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs and fault-finding on patient handling equipment and medical beds.
- Recommend repairs, upgrades, and improvements to customers, including quotations for wear-and-tear parts to reduce breakdowns between visits.
- Identify and pass on potential sales opportunities to the internal sales team.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of patient handling equipment
- Ensure your company vehicle, tools, stock, phone, and IT equipment are kept in good working order.
- Complete accurate timesheets, job reports, travel logs, and equipmentandnbsp;
- Proven electro-mechanical skills.
- Experience in field service, ideally within medical, mobility, or patient handling equipment (not essential if you have transferable skills).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
