We are seeking a Payroll Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract within the Life Science industry. This role involves supporting payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payments are made to company employees.

Description

  • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the timely distribution of payslips and resolving payroll-related queries.
  • Support the reconciliation of payroll accounts and adjustments when required.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for payroll audits and reviews.
  • Monitor and update employee payroll information in the system.
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a payroll or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and related procedures.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Excel and payroll systems.
  • The ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
