My client is seeking an ambitous Client-Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of payroll services across a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for a payroll professional with strong bureau experience, expertise managing outsourced vendors, and a forward-thinking approach to process improvement and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for multiple clients

  • Lead and develop a payroll team

  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements

  • Act as senior escalation point for complex client queries

  • Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and third-party providers

  • Drive continuous improvement and modernisation of payroll processes

Skills They Look For

  • Proven payroll bureau or multi-client payroll management experience
