An incredibly rare opportunity has arisen working for an exquisite hospitality business.

A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited to cover a maternity leave and will need candidates to fully commit to 12 months.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Full start to finish processing for c350 UK paid monthly employees
  • Administering all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP. SMP, NI andamp; PAYE
  • HMRC submissions
  • Benefits administration, including benefit renewals, enrolling employees on benefit schemes, resolving benefit queries, working with benefit providers
  • Stakeholder management and providing payroll analysis and reports to the wider business
  • Resolving payroll queries
  • Managing payroll legislation changes across the business
  • Leading on any payroll related projects
  • This role is very people centric; candidates need to be comfortable with daily employee interaction!
