Payroll Temporary Support

Job Description
We are looking for a PAYROLL SPECIALIST to support our client with a temporary position for up to 2months. The Payroll Specialist supports the day-to-day processing of the payroll service, ensuring that the service is delivered in an accurate,
efficient and a timely manner, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service at all times. The Payroll Specialist is a key component in ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.

Knowledge andamp; Skills Required:

- Working knowledge of ADP Global View

- Awareness and knowledge of current Payroll related legislation and HMRC guidelines

- Experience and knowledge of occupational pension schemes

- Experience and knowledge of Time andamp; Attendance systems

- Awareness of the confidential information and matters handled on daily basis, knowledge of GDPR requirements in handling

personal data of colleagues

- Ability to contribute to team objectives and to sharing of knowledge and skills

- Understanding and awareness of company policies, procedures, and local site agreements and how they can affect payroll

processing


Experience and Qualifications Required

- At least 1 years payroll experience in a fast paced, similar role

- Strong computer literacy, particular knowledge and skill set in using Excel and other MO applications

- CIPP qualified, working toward or happy to undertake
