Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for a People andamp; Culture Advisor!

Our client is a well-established and trusted leader in their field, looking to welcome an experienced and proactive HR professional into their People andamp; Culture team on a Fixed Term contract for an initial 3 months. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive environment where no two days are the same, and where you can play a key role in shaping a positive workplace culture.

Based in Whiteley, Hampshire, this role is paying andpound;35K - andpound;40K FTE, alongside an excellent benefits package andndash; this is not an opportunity to be missed!

Some of the things you will be involved in;

andbull; Provide expert support and coaching to line managers across a wide range of HR matters

andbull; Develop, review, and update HR policies and processes

andbull; Oversee and administer the full employee lifecycle

andbull; Create and update job descriptions across the business

andbull; Support the preparation and coordination of payroll information

The ideal candidate will have:

andbull; Proven experience in a similar HR or People andamp; Culture role within a fast-paced environment

andbull; CIPD Level 5 qualification would be preferred

andbull; A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

andbull; Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

andbull; A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
