ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Physiotherapist at a Barchester care home, youand#39;ll make sure our residents get the most of out of life by helping them to reach their best possible physical condition. Weand#39;ll look to you to provide and supervise the delivery of quality physiotherapy in line with current and evidence-based professional practice, as well our company policies.

You can expect a wide range of responsibilities that sees our residents through their entire journey with us; from their initial assessment on arrival to creating individual care plans and delivering them with each personand#39;s needs in mind. ABOUT YOU
Youand#39;ll need to have empathy, dedication and a can-do attitude to join us as a Physiotherapist. Weand#39;ll look for a degree in Physiotherapy, a current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC) and membership with the Chartered Society of Physiology (CSP) Above all, youand#39;ll have a person-centred approach which means you always deliver the highest standards of care and support.
