We're recruiting for an experienced Plant Workshop Manager to lead a busy workshop, managing a team of mechanics and welders while ensuring repairs, servicing and preventative maintenance are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Workshop Manager-
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of plant maintenance, HSQE and compliance
- Demonstrable career progression
