Plasterer - Social Housing (Liverpool)

Location: Liverpoolandamp;Wiral UK (Multiple Areas)
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm (12 weeks)
Package: Van andamp; Fuel Card Provided
Rate: -19.50 per hour (PAYE Umbrella)
Start Date: Immediate

The Opportunity
Our client is one of the fastest-growing housing associations in the Northwest, offering excellent long-term opportunities within their responsive maintenance team. They are now seeking an experienced Plasterer to join their Liverpool team, working across both occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Duties

• Carry out all aspects of plastering repairs and maintenance

• Work on both reactive and planned works across tenanted and void properties

• Deliver high-quality finishes while representing the organisation professionally

• Engage directly with tenants/customers, providing excellent customer service

• Complete works safely and in line with health andamp; safety guidelines

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent qualification (must be able to provide proof)

• Experience working within social housing or similar customer-facing maintenance environments

• Full UK driving licence

• Must be clean shaven for the Face Fit

• No more than 6 points on licence; no alcohol/drug-related bans

• Strong communication and customer service skills
