This position offers fulland#8209;time hours, working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week). The role is initially temporary for 12 weeks, with a strong intention to progress to a permanent contract thereafter. andnbsp;

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across social housing properties in the Great Yarmouth area
- Diagnose and resolve faults relating to water systems, pipework, drainage, and sanitary fittings
- Install and repair bathrooms, kitchens, and associated plumbing systems
- Respond to issues such as leaks, blockages, burst pipes, and faulty fixtures
- Complete work on both occupied and void properties, ensuring homes are fully operational and compliant
- Accurately record work completed using job management systems
- Ensure strict compliance with Health andamp; Safety and Water Regulations
- Provide a professional and respectful service to tenants and work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team andnbsp;
- Proven experience as a domestic Plumber
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to work independently, manage workload, and deliver highand#8209;quality repairs
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, fault finding, and maintenance processes
- Experience working in tenanted properties is highly desirable
- Awareness of Health andamp; Safety and compliance standards
- PPE and uniform provided
- Must be clean shaven for mask faceand#8209;fit compliance andnbsp;
