RG Setsquare is currently working with a social housing contractor seeking an experienced Plumber Multi

Job Title: Plumber Multi
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: -34K per annum with option for call out
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

• General Plumbing Work: Carry out a wide range of plumbing tasks including installations, repairs, pipework, leak detection, and replacement of fixtures such as taps, toilets, and sinks.
• Social Housing Repairs andamp; Maintenance: Work in occupied and void properties, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in kitchens, bathrooms, and heating systems.
• Property Refurbishments: Undertake plumbing work as part of refurbishment projects, ensuring high standards and compliance.
• Multi-Trade Duties: Carry out basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, tiling, or minor carpentry where required.
• Customer Service: Communicate effectively with tenants and the public, ensuring work is completed efficiently with minimal disruption.
• Health andamp; Safety: Follow all company health and safety guidelines, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
• Maintenance andamp; Minor Upgrades: Assist with general property maintenance and small upgrades as needed.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) to complete works effectively.

• Qualified Plumber: Relevant plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, City andamp; Guilds or equivalent).
• Proven Experience: Previous experience working within social housing or property maintenance is preferred.
• Multi-Skilled Ability: Capable of carrying out additional basic trades (tiling, patch plastering, etc.).
• Full UK Driving Licence: Required for mobile role.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with tenants and clients.
• Reliable andamp; Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
