Our parent company, Harry Dalby Engineering is looking for an experienced Powder Coat Sprayer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to a high-quality standard, ensuring durability and an excellent finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, and sanding
• Apply powder coatings using manual or automated spray equipment
• Ensure consistent coating thickness and high-quality finishes
• Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature and timing
• Inspect finished products for defects and carry out rework if necessary
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment
• Follow all health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spraying preferred
• Knowledge of coating techniques and materials
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations

Desirable:

• Experience with different coating systems or metal finishing processes

Working hours: Monday -Thursday 7.30 - 16.30, Friday 7.30 - 12.30.
