Weandrsquo;re currently recruiting for a Power Platform andamp; Copilot Lead on behalf of an established organisation investing heavily in AI, automation, and modern Microsoft technologies across the business.

This is a highly visible role focused on helping the organisation improve operational processes, automate manual workflows, and drive practical adoption of AI tools across the business using the Microsoft ecosystem.

Youandrsquo;ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges and identify where tools such as Copilot, Power Platform, and automation technologies can improve efficiency, reporting, collaboration, and day-to-day processes. From there, youandrsquo;ll help design, build, and roll out practical AI and automation solutions that deliver real business value, while ensuring AI is adopted in a secure and well-governed way.

This role is focused on AI enablement, automation, solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and improving how the business uses Microsoft technologies internally.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing

• Designing and building solutions using Power Platform and Copilot
• Creating automations, workflows, and AI-driven business processes
• Developing Copilot agents and supporting AI adoption internally
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
• Helping modernise operational processes using Microsoft technologies
• Supporting integration between systems and business applications
• Working alongside third-party vendors and consultancy partners
• Promoting responsible and secure use of AI across the organisation

What weandrsquo;re looking for

• Strong Microsoft Power Platform experience
• Experience working with Copilot or Microsoft AI technologies
• Ability to build practical automation and workflow solutions
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience delivering business-focused solutions rather than purely technical engineering
• Comfortable operating independently within a collaborative environment
