As a Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

• Sanding, cleaning, and prepping metal and composite parts for painting, coating, or assembly
• Accurately masking components to protect designated areas during finishing
• Reading and following technical drawings to ensure precise execution
• Providing production updates to the Team Leader
• Supporting other departments when required

As a Prepper, your experience will include:

• Previous experience inandnbsp;automotive,andnbsp;aerospace, orandnbsp;manufacturingandnbsp;environments
• Proficiency with vibrating hand tools, buffers, and polishers
• Familiarity with measuring equipment and mixing fillers
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Good communication and listening skills
