The Roleandnbsp;

You will play a key role in the coordination, delivery,andnbsp;assessmentandnbsp;and quality assurance of the Primary PGCE programme. The post involves teaching and supporting trainee teachers, undertaking school-based observations, and contributing to the effective organisation and administration of the programme. Working closelyandnbsp;with placement schools and university partners, you will help ensure a high-quality training experience that prepares trainees for successful careers in primary education.andnbsp;

What are we looking for?andnbsp;

We areandnbsp;seekingandnbsp;a suitably qualified individual with relevant experience of teaching within a primary school setting, whoandnbsp;is able toandnbsp;deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment within Initial Teacher Training.andnbsp;Experience of supporting, mentoring or assessing trainee teachers or students, alongside a strong understanding of the Teachersandrsquo; Standardsandnbsp;and knowledge of ITT/PGCE requirements would beandnbsp;advantageousandnbsp;and will support your ability to contribute effectively to the ongoing development of the programme.andnbsp;
