What Will the Role Involve?
The successful Primary Teacher will:
Lead and take responsibility for a Year 4 classroom.
Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
Differentiate learning to support pupils of varying abilities.
Create an engaging and stimulating classroom environment.
Maintain effective behaviour management and high expectations.
Assess pupil progress and identify areas for development.
Work closely with colleagues to support whole-school objectives.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this Primary Teacher opportunity, you will need:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Previous primary teaching experience, ideally within KS2.
Confidence teaching a Year 4 class.
Strong planning, assessment and classroom management skills.
A positive and adaptable approach to teaching.
A genuine commitment to helping pupils achieve their potential.
Experienced teachers and confident ECTs with suitable KS2 experience are encouraged to apply.
