What you'll be doing
In this dynamic role as a Process Technologist, you will support the development of manufacturing capability to take approved product concepts into full-scale production.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and customers, you will ensure products are delivered in line with food safety, technical, health andamp; safety, financial and commercial standards, supporting successful launches in a fast-paced environment.
Role Accountabilities
andbull; Deliver manufacturing trials in line with critical paths, using structured problem-solving to identify, capture and resolve issues across functions
andbull; Prepare and complete transit tests, review microbiological and nutritional results, and ensure alignment with customer codes and project objectives
andbull; Facilitate post-trial evaluations, coordinating samples, reviewing organoleptic assessments and producing QAS reports with clear action plans
andbull; Conduct food safety validations in line with site CCPs and HACCP principles, ensuring compliance with retailer procedures
andbull; Manage raw materials and packaging approval status, controlling costs and proactively resolving issues to protect the critical path
andbull; Plan and support customer panels, build effective stakeholder relationships and implement improvements based on feedback
andbull; Monitor factory processes, collect and analyse data, identify issues in standard production and support cost reduction opportunities
andbull; Complete controlled trial, pre-production and launch documentation accurately and on time
andbull; Operate safely at all times, complying with legislation, reporting hazards promptly and supporting continuous improvement in health, safety and environmental performance
