Known for delivering premium products to commercial and residential markets, our client continues to grow and is now seeking a strong Production Lead / Team Leader to support shopfloor operations and drive performance.

The Role

This is a hands-on Production Lead / Team Leader position combining leadership with technical production responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring output, quality, and efficiency targets are met while maintaining high manufacturing standards.

Production Team Leader will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a small production team to achieve daily targets
• Following and optimising strict production processes and implementing improvements
• Allocating tasks and coordinating workflow on shift
• Driving continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Ensuring quality standards and traceability requirements are maintained
• Increasing the efficiency of production output
• Supporting a culture of high performance, accountability, and teamwork
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and compliant working environment

This role requires a confident and resilientandnbsp;Production Lead / Team Leaderandnbsp;with strong character, a positive can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in improving manufacturing processes to consistently deliver high-quality products.

About You

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong technical or mechanical background
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience OR ready to step up into a Team Leader role
• Passion for improving processes and developing team performance
• Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills
• High standards, strong work ethic, and natural leadership presence
