Job Description
Double Days - 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating weekly
A globally recognised high volume manufacturer-are currently looking to strengthen their Production department with the appointment of a Production Team Leader.
The Production Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient operations, high product quality, and adherence to safety standards. This role involves leading a team of production staff, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire, the Production Team Leader-will be responsible for:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff.

Ensure production schedules and targets are met efficiently.

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

Train, coach, and support production team members.

Promote and enforce health and safety regulations.

Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.

Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Collaborate with management and other departments to improve processes.

Encourage teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate should have proven Production Team Leader experience.
