You'll play a key role within a dynamic project management team, acting as a trusted partner to Project Managers and supporting the successful delivery of business-critical programmes.

The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Support the delivery of multiple projects across a diverse portfolio
  • Act as a central point of coordination for project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Produce high-quality documentation including meeting notes, reports, and risk logs
  • Track project performance (planned vs actual) and proactively highlight risks and issues
  • Assist Project Managers and occasionally lead smaller project activities
  • Help develop and improve project management processes and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement across projects and operations

About You

You'll bring:

  • A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, APM, PMP)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • The ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organisation
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a "can-do" attitude
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix environments
Desirable Experience
  • Experience within a structured PMO or project environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, (url removed), Miro, or similar
  • Exposure to data/reporting tools such as Power BI or SharePoint
