Our client is a specialist UK construction and maintenance contractor, delivering high-quality refurbishment and installation projects.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a-Project Manager-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the-Project Manager,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive-maintenance services.

The-Project Manager-will be responsible for:

• Managing-multiple refurbishment projects across London and surrounding areas
• Coordinating-subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to meet project deadlines
• Overseeing-works within live environments while minimising disruption
• Monitoring-project progress, quality, budgets, and health andamp; safety compliance
• Conducting-site inspections and managed stakeholder communication
• Ensuring-projects complied with client requirements and building regulations

To be successful for this Project Manager role you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Experienced delivering refurbishment projects from start to finish.-
• Experienced managing multiple projects at one time.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Hands-on and flexible approach to working on-site.
