Are you a Project Manager from a Joinery, or Fit-Out background looking to play an integral role in a well renowned Joinery business, with a variety of projects, progression to department lead and an early finish on a Friday? -

You'll take ownership of bespoke projects from pre-construction to handover, managing programme, budget and risk, coordinating site teams, acting as the glue between clients, architects and stakeholders.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a Joinery or Fit-Out background who is looking for a clear path of progression to head up Projects. -

THE ROLE
* Full end-to-end project ownership from pre-construction to handover
* Programme, budget, variations and risk management
* Client, architect and stakeholder liaison throughout delivery
* Site team and subcontractor coordination

THE PERSON
* Joinery or Fit-Out background
* Proven Project Manager with experience delivering similar projects
* Strong communicator, able to have challenging conversations and maintain relationships
