Project Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

  • Oversee programme, budgets and project delivery

  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and site health andamp; safety

  • Review technical drawings, specifications and installation details

  • Attend and lead client and contractor meetings

  • Monitor quality, progress and reporting

  • Manage procurement and logistics.



Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience in construction

  • Strong knowledge of fa-ades, curtain walling or building envelope systems.

  • Experience working with main contractors on commercial projects

  • Good understanding of construction programmes, budgets and Handamp;S compliance

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills



Desirable

  • Experience delivering commercial fa-ade packages.

  • Relevant construction or project management qualification

  • SMSTS / CSCS certification
