Job Title: Apprenticeship Trainer - Property Development andamp; Maintenance

Location: Buckinghamshire (travel across Buckinghamshire required)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: -37,200 - -41,880 per year
Sector: Further Education / Apprenticeships



Overview

A Further Education provider is seeking an Apprenticeship Trainer in Property Development andamp; Maintenance to support apprentices throughout their programme. The role involves delivering practical and theory-based training and working closely with employers to ensure successful learner progression.



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training in classroom, workshop and workplace settings

  • Share up-to-date industry knowledge and practical skills

  • Support apprentices' development, progress and achievement

  • Develop and monitor individual training plans

  • Liaise with employers to enhance training and workplace performance

  • Travel locally to support apprentices on programme



Essential Requirements

  • Industry experience in Property Development and/or Maintenance

  • Strong communication and coaching skills

  • Ability to support learner progress and employer engagement

  • Willingness to travel within the local area

  • Teaching qualification not essential (training provided)
