Sales / Proposals Engineerandnbsp;- The Role:

  • Support the international sales team with technical expertise for global customers

  • Develop concept design solutions for ceramic shell manufacturing systems based on client requirements

  • Prepare detailedandnbsp;technical and commercial proposal documentation

  • Produce supporting documentation for competitive bidding and tender submissions

  • Carry out capacity planning and analysis for automated manufacturing systems

  • Provide technical and commercial support to subsidiary facilities worldwide

  • Maintain knowledge of company products, industry developments and competitor activity

  • Collaborate with engineering, sales and management teams to deliver project and company goals

Sales / Proposals Engineerandnbsp;- The Person:

  • Experience within aandnbsp;technical sales or engineering environment

  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to solve engineering problems independently and within a team

  • Ability to develop and presentandnbsp;technical and commercial proposals

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of business objectives

  • Degree qualifiedandnbsp;(BEng / MEng)andnbsp;in an engineering discipline

  • Confident communicating with senior managers, colleagues and customers

  • Flexible and adaptable approach to new challenges

  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development

  • Willing to take ownership, responsibility, and accountability for projects and outcomes

andnbsp;

Located in Shropshire, this role would be commutable fromandnbsp;Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Stafford and surrounding areas.
