Job Description

Futures are looking to appoint a Quality Inspector to join our client, a well known reputable manufacturing business based in South Yorkshire. This is a key role within the business, responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards before reaching customers.

As a Quality Inspector, you will carry out visual inspections of products, identifying any defects or inconsistencies and ensuring that quality expectations are consistently met. You will play an important part in maintaining and improving our internal quality processes and procedures.

Roles andamp; Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections of products at various stages of production
  • Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards
  • Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality documentation
  • Raise queries or escalate concerns where issues are identified
  • Support and follow internal quality processes and procedures
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to resolve issues
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards and practices

  • A confident communicator who is comfortable questioning and raising concerns when something doesnandrsquo;t look right
  • A team player who collaborates well with colleagues across departments
  • Ability to follow procedures while also using initiative when needed
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards
  • Previous experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential
