What you'll be doing
As a Compliance Technologist, you'll support the Technical function by ensuring legal, food safety and quality compliance across the site. You'll provide technical support to customers, suppliers and internal teams while maintaining robust systems, reporting and audit readiness.
Role Accountabilities
andbull; Provide administrative support for QMS and HACCP compliance
andbull; Generate, maintain and report Technical KPI data
andbull; Log, Monitor and trend non-conformance, complaints, microbiological and nutritional surveillance data
andbull; Coordinate pest control activity and ensure compliance with scheduled visits - remove
andbull; Maintain and update the Allergen Risk Assessment and supporting activities eg validation, verification
andbull; Perform data entry, trend analysis, manage change procedures and respond to technical information requests
andbull; Conduct traceability exercises and drive system improvements
andbull; Support audits, site visits and customer communications
andbull; Complete internal audits and manage non-conformances
andbull; Work with the Specification Technologist to create and update finished product specifications - Remove
andbull; Support product launches, delists and promotional activity
andbull; Assist with export documentation compliance and veterinary officer visits
andbull; Provide flexible support across the Technical team and contribute to projects

andbull; Experience in a technical or compliance role within a manufacturing environment
andbull; Strong understanding of food safety, quality and compliance systems
andbull; Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and trend data
andbull; Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
andbull; Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
andbull; Ability to work calmly and methodically in a fast-paced environment
andbull; A proactive and solutions-focused approach
andbull; Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

- Manage raw materials non-conformance issues and liaises with suppliers to implement root cause analysis and corrective actions effectively.
- Complete routine sampling and monitoring of raw materials and communicate effectively with suppliers to support continuous improvement.
