Hyreus are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor in Central Scotland. We have roles for Assistants, Intermediate QS's and also Senior QS's.-

Responsibilities:

Liaise with the senior Commercial Manager/ Operation Directors/ Senior Managers and appropriate site staff for cost control purposes andamp; project cost control and profitability
Manage all aspects of the day-to-day commercial management and control on allocated projects.
Manage all aspects of change control within the allocated projects and ensure client liaison on all commercial change matters.
Ensure procurement strategy is in place and aligned with project targets
Ensure cost control is managed and reported weekly.
Ensure Pandamp;L reporting is managed and reported weekly.
Ensure Monthly Applications are submitted in line with program to the client for each project.
Produce monthly allocated project commercial progress reports.
Produce monthly allocated project cashflow forecasts.
Liaise with client commercial teams on allocated projects.
