Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
A small, well-established consultancy in Bristol is looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Theyandrsquo;ve got a solid pipeline of work across industrial, commercial, and education projects, and this is a good opportunity to get involved in a wide range of work rather than being stuck on one small part of a project.
Itandrsquo;s a close-knit team, so youandrsquo;ll get good exposure to clients and senior staff, and thereandrsquo;s plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility as you grow.
What youandrsquo;ll be doing:- Supporting and delivering cost management services across a mix of projects
- Preparing cost plans, estimates, and tender documents
- Assisting with procurement and contract administration
- Monitoring project costs and reporting on budgets
- Working closely with clients, contractors, and the wider design team
- Getting involved in projects from early stages through to completion
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Consultancy experience would be ideal
- Either working towards MRICS or open to doing it
- Someone organised, reliable, and happy working in a smaller team
- Good communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in
- andpound;35,000 andndash; andpound;45,000 depending on experience
- Bonus
- APC support if youandrsquo;re working towards chartership
