A small but well-established construction consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Fenchurch Street, London.

The Quantity Surveyor

As a company they cover projects all over London and the southeast of England and deliver a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Retail and Life sciences. The Quantity Surveyor will initially be running an office extension and fit out scheme in London and a new build Student Accommodation project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants to play an integral role in the growth of a company and have impressive long-term progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

• BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Experience within a private practice / consultancy
• Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
