Conrad Consulting is working with a highly respected, forwardand#8209;thinking construction consultancy to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious QSandmdash;ideally MRICS or working toward chartershipandmdash;to take on a diverse portfolio of meaningful, designand#8209;led projects.

Youandrsquo;ll play a key role across a blend of university and residential schemes, contributing to projects that genuinely shape communities and enhance the built environment. The work spans:

• University estates andndash; refurbishment, reand#8209;purposing and modernisation of academic and research facilities

• Residential developments andndash; a mix of highand#8209;end towers and local authority housing programmes

This role offers the chance to work with clients who value quality, collaboration and longand#8209;term relationships, while gaining exposure to both complex refurbishments and largeand#8209;scale newand#8209;build schemes.

• Deliver cost management services across all project stages

• Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contract administration

• Support senior team members on major schemes while independently managing smaller projects

• Engage confidently with clients, design teams and contractors

• Contribute to bestand#8209;practice processes and continuous improvement within the team

• Ideally MRICS, or progressing toward chartership

• Experience in residential and/or education projects, particularly refurb or reand#8209;purposing

• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive, detailand#8209;driven approach

• Confident communicator who enjoys client interaction

• Keen to develop professionally within a supportive, highand#8209;performing consultancy
