As part of a leading national group, youandrsquo;ll join a dynamic Commercial team delivering reactive and planned maintenance works across residential and commercial portfolios with real scope to develop and progress your career

As a Quantity Surveyor youandrsquo;ll support the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of Randamp;M and property maintenance contracts, managing costs, value and relationships across multiple projects

Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:

  • Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
  • Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting
  • Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works andnbsp;
  • Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio
  • Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance andnbsp;

What We Need from You:

  • 1 to 5 years experience in:andnbsp;
  • Repairs andamp; Maintenance essential
  • Heating andamp; Compliance ideal
  • Facilities management andnbsp;
  • Property building maintenance
  • Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
  • Experience working across planned and reactive works
  • Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable andnbsp;andnbsp;
