A widely respected construction consultancy are looking to grow their Quantity Surveying division is now looking for a new Quantity Surveyor, to join their team of 17 QSs and 75 total employees.

They are award-winning and produce highly respected Chartered Quantity Surveyors.

With great support for the key Directors, the newandnbsp;Quantityandnbsp;Surveyorandnbsp;will immediately work on High End Residential and Student Accommodation sectors.

Both pre andamp; post contract duties will be part of your day to day duties.

With their office located in Mayfair, you will be included in their monthly social outings into some of the most established bars and restaurants.andnbsp;

WFH takes place 2 times a week.

Theandnbsp;Quantityandnbsp;Surveyor

• Completed a BSc/MScandnbsp;Quantityandnbsp;Surveying degree
• Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
• Quantityandnbsp;Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred
• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Understanding within the andpound;10M - andpound;30M contract values
