As Reception Supervisor you will act as Duty Manager in leading the Reception team to welcome our members and providing a premium experience . Working alongside theand#34; management team, you will and#34;lead and mentor the Reception teamand#34;to provide service excellence to all of our members whether this is face to face, or through telephone queries.

As Reception Supervisor , we are looking for someone who :
- Has previous experience managing a customer service led team
- A n overall passion for customer service
- A team player, with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
