The Role

Manage and grow a permanent desk within Building Services Consulting

Develop new business opportunities across Mandamp;E consulting and contracting markets

Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

Take a proactive, market-led approach to building connections, creating opportunities, and driving your own success

What We're Looking For

Recruitment experience (ideally within the built environment, Mandamp;E, or construction sectors)

A confident, proactive approach to business development

Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

The drive to take ownership and build something long-term
