What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing
- Recruitment across the utilities and construction sectorandnbsp;andnbsp;
- Winning new business through proactive sales and lead generation
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
- Managing and expanding client accounts
- Overseeing training and managing workforce matrices
- Working to and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

- Proven experience in labour supply recruitment
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Excellent communication and account management abilities
