The Role
This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the industrial recruitment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the industrial sector
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (industrial sector experience preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Full UK driving licence (if role requires travel)
