The Role
This is a dynamic, sales-focused role where you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the industrial recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the industrial sector
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and site visits
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver tailored staffing solutions
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Negotiate terms of business and close deals effectively

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (industrial sector experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Full UK driving licence (if role requires travel)
