We are expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultantandnbsp;to join our well established and growing organisation. Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening high quality candidates.andnbsp;
• Liaising with clients to understand their recruitment needs.andnbsp;
• Building and maintaining strong, long lasting candidate relationships.andnbsp;
• Supporting Recruitment Consultants with effective vacancy management.andnbsp;
• Managing and progressing candidate applications throughout the process.andnbsp;
• Maintaining accurate and up to date information across internal systems.andnbsp;
• Providing comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team.andnbsp;

About You:

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant.andnbsp;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.andnbsp;
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities.andnbsp;
• Driven, proactive, and able to work independently.andnbsp;
• A people focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.andnbsp;

Salary: andpound;27,000 Per Annum + 10% Bonus (OTE andpound;40,000).andnbsp;

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.andnbsp;
