Everpool Recruitment are a growing healthcare recruitment agency specialising in providing exceptional staffing solutions to the healthcare sector. Due to continued growth, weandrsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Resourcer to join our high-performing team.
What youandrsquo;ll be doing:
- Sourcing high-quality healthcare professionals (Nurses, Physiotherapists, Paramedics, Occupational Therapists etc.) using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conducting outbound calls and telephone interviews with candidates, screening CVs, posting job adverts and assessing suitability for live vacancies
- Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships to ensure a consistent talent pipeline
- Supporting Recruitment Consultants with interview scheduling, compliance, and general administration
- Meeting daily and weekly activity targets (calls, CVs sent, interviews arranged)
- Experience in sales, telesales, or a phone-based customer service role is essential
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to progress
- Ability to work at pace and stay organised under pressure
- Previous recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential andndash; full training provided
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission andndash; OTE of andpound;35,000 in your first full year after training
