The business also operates a renewable division that provides low-carbon heating and cooling solutions to commercial and domestic customers.The RoleThey are seeking a Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with refrigeration installation and a strong understanding of electrical systems and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities: * Perform refrigeration installations, including interpreting construction drawings and specifications. * Utilise electrical knowledge and appropriate braising techniques. * Collaborate with the team to achieve project and company goals. * Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. * Travel to different sites based in and around Exeter, with occasional overnight stays required.Requirements: * Experience in refrigeration installation, preferably within food manufacturing. * Good electrical knowledge. * Commissioning experience is advantageous but not essential. * Proven strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Good communicator, written and verbal. * Ability to work under pressure to a high standard. * City and Guilds F-Gas qualification (or equivalent). * IPAF certification, Level 2 NVQ and Braising certifications are beneficial. * Full UK driving licence.Benefits: * Competitive andpound;35,000 - andpound;48,000 salary, depending on experience. * Ample overtime opportunities (weekday overtime paid at 1.5 times the normal rate and double time on weekends). * 28 days paid holiday per year. * Extra holiday for long-term service and perfect attendance. * Birthday day-off. * Company pension with enhanced contributions after 3 months of service. * Training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression. * Cycle to work scheme * Vitality health insurance.How to Apply:If youandrsquo;re interested, please send your CV asap to George for a discrete chat._________________________________________________________________________________________Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: andpound;35,000.00-andpound;48,000.00 per yearSchedule: * Monday to Friday * OvertimeExperience: * Refrigeration Installation: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
