Registered Manager
Salary: andpound;42,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Structure
Location: andnbsp;Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Hours: Full-time, days only

HCR is partnering with a respected care provider, operating since 2019 with over 20 homes across the UK. They are seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a home in a market town and civil parish at the confluence of the River Wear.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in elderly care, dementia, and residential care, with a proven track record as a Registered Manager. You will drive high standards, inspire your team, and ensure outstanding care delivery.

Registered Manager Requirements:

• Care Home Manager status with CQC, or the ability and willingness to obtain registration
• To have managed services with twenty beds or more
• Proven experience in managing an elderly care homeandnbsp;
• Ideally to have an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
• The Registered Manager will come from a successful CQC background
