36 hours - Permanent Mixed Day & Night Shifts

£22.50/hr

The Mixed shift pattern is 3 x 08.00 - 20.00 and 20.00 - 08.00 including alternative weekends.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

andmiddot; RGN or RMN with active PIN number

andmiddot; Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

andmiddot; Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group

andmiddot; Satisfactory DBS Check

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

andmiddot; Ensure that Clients' Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy.

andmiddot; Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company's procedure and NMC guidelines.
